1. Shipping & Delivery Policy:

• Our priority is to offer fast and efficient delivery. 

• Orders placed between 9:00am to 3:00pm will be processed and dispatched within two hours upon confirmation of the payments.

• Orders placed after 3:00pm will be processed and dispatched the next day by 9:30am.

• Orders to be delivered within Nairobi CBD are not charged any delivery fees.

• Orders to be delivered outside Nairobi CBD will attract a delivery fee. The delivery amount is subject to the courier company as well as the size of the package. The same will be paid before any dispatch of the goods to the courier company is made.

• Once the orders are dispatched we shall share the shipping confirmation from the courier company.

• The delivery agent will call you upon arrival of the goods to confirm delivery.

• Orders placed on Sunday’s or on public holidays will be processed the next working day.
  

2. Damages & Issues:

• If on your order you receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately at info@dawnperfumebottles.com or via +254 705 235 177. We will arrange for a replacement at the earliest time possible.

• Please retain all packaging materials and damaged goods for inspection.
